CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Kenzie’s Hair Lounge it is my goal to provide you with the best service possible. As a solo salon owner I make sure to have all the products for your service at that time. With respect to that I hold a Cancelation Policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 75% of the service. If you cancel within 12 hours or no show your appointment you will be charged the full service. With that being said If it's an emergency/sickness you will not be charged. If you need to cancel an appointment please try to reschedule or let me know before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment so you won't be charged.
